"Seri'l No. 75744 Circulating Note
Salcedo [S?MER], Dec. 8, 1942
The Municipal Government of Salcedo will pay this
bearer on demand twenty centavos
which have been deposited in this treasory
as directed by H.V.S.O. US [?]
